The things that are currently getting me through my runs
This is podcast is super positive and inspiring! I am a huge Jeff Sanders fan; I find his productivity strategies to be incredibly helpful. He talks a lot about achieving your grandest goals and he has inspired me to make running one of mine! Jeff's upbeat personality has been a great running companion!
I heard someone mention that chocolate milk is a popular recovery drink for runners. I'm not really at the point where I need to focus on any serious recovery after a run-- but imagining that tall glass of chocolatey goodness? Well, let's just say it gives me something to look forward to when the run gets tough!
